Taxes for Florida Residents
If you are in the State of Florida an additional 7% will be automatically added to your total. Brazil Shop Online is required by law to charge this sales tax except if you are buying the product to resell. If that is the case, please contact our sales department to place an order (You will be asked to fax your Sales Tax ID).

Warranty
Every product sold at BrazilShopOnline.com is under manufacturer's warranty.
For warranty purposes, you need to keep the invoice received from BrazilShopOnline.com and contact the manufacturer of the product.
You may return your product to BrazilShopOnline.com within 7 days of purchase if the product has not been opened or used. We will credit your money back after receiving the product and verifying its integrity.

Returns
BrazilShopOnline.com will accept items returned within a 7 days period from the date it was received by the customer. No refund or credit will be granted after the 7 days, the terms of the manufacturer's warranty apply.
The items must not be opened out of the box or used in any way. If you received a damaged box, please contact our sales department immediatelly.
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping to the IDCM, Inc. office.
